ABOUT OUR APPROACH
In every day life a person will typically squat down, walk or run, push and pull, rotate their torso and pick things up from the ground. These are functional movements. In CrossFit, these types of movements are utilized because they are essential to completing daily tasks as well as having a healthy, strong, and capable body.
By using exercise modalities like Olympic weightlifting, endurance based training, strongman,
gymnastics, and calisthenics training, all participants will generate a level of fitness that can and will build their work capacity to a level we like to call “Mountain Fit” which means they can tackle anything the real world and wilderness can throw at them.
